About Us

So who are we and what the *#/@! do we know about growing brands & creating experiences? Well for starters, we did it for our business while we helped our clients along the way. PEM’s origins began back in 1990’s, with our founder Aron Mezo, spending his early years in the industry managing and promoting on various marketing campaigns for brands like Universal Studios, Malibu Rum, Coca Cola, Sega, and RJR Nabisco to name a few. From there in 1997, he founded the PEM agency in Scottsdale, Arizona; initially focused on staffing and managing promotional campaigns & events. Quickly it grew into a mainstay and the go-to agency for countless brands over the years, looking to promote and otherwise create an experience around their product, venue, or service.

The agency then expanded it’s participation & capabilities into various other aspects of entertainment, production and marketing. By the time 10 years had passed, this dynamic range included film & commercial castings, event inception & production, brand strategy & ad campaigns, creating marketing programs & promotional concepts, event promotion, modest grand openings to large scale Superbowl, Boxing & NBA events, video & shoot concepts and direction, developing brand teams for hundreds of product launches, as well as creating new brands and securing national & international press coverage in publications like Forbes, The New York Times, USA Today, as well as publications in Italy, UK and Japan.

Today we offer our clients the best of both worlds approach: a vast wealth of experience, without requiring vast wealth to afford to hire us. By keeping our agency overhead and footprint small, and contracting out resources as needed, we can work with almost any budget while also delivering much more effective & substantive results per dollar spent. In essence, you are only paying for the extent of the resources we leverage for you, and not for extra fluff like us having some fancy schmancy office on the 30th floor of a hi-rise building. Think of it like Amazon for brand building, plenty of selection, without paying for the overhead to keep it all on display every day. Except, we promise to never send you to an overseas call center in a third world country…
